How to choose the right chicken cage material for novice farmers?
In recent years, chicken raising equipment has emerged one after another. Many farmers want to purchase automatic poultry battery chicken raising system, but they don’t know how to choose. Today we will take a look at the material of the chicken cage equipment.
At present, the materials of chicken cages on the market mainly include hot-dip galvanized, cold-dip galvanized, zinc-aluminum alloy wire and so on. Generally, chicken cage manufacturers who pay attention to quality generally use hot-dip galvanizing and cold-dip galvanizing. Next we will understand the difference between these two materials.
- Cold galvanized. The cold galvanized cage net is finely galvanized, does not require post-treatment, and will not cause damage to the chickens, and the cost is relatively cheap.
- Hot-dip galvanizing. Hot-dip galvanizing has stronger anti-corrosion ability than cold-dip galvanizing cage net. The hot-dip galvanizing layer is thicker, has good corrosion resistance, is not easy to rust, and has a service life of more than 15 years. Compared with other materials, the price of hot-dip galvanizing is also higher.
By comparison, we can know that hot-dip galvanizing is more expensive than cold galvanizing, with higher durability and long service life, but the price of cold galvanizing is cheaper. Reasonable planning, choose the chicken cage equipment that suits you.
